摘要
Taking into consideration the fact that the traffic market is a very complex and turbulent area, it should be constantly examinated in order to manage information, to meet a succesfull functioning of management, logistics organisation of the international transport of cargo. Therefore, in this scientific paper the autor has started with the importance of strategic managament and functioning of the information system, like a system of low order of maritime economy and a whole traffic, as a system of high order. The formation and building of the information system and network services in the area of modern traffic should be necessary, it represents a very important support i.e. logistics in the international transport and seafaring.
