摘要：

Background. The inpatient clarification of rehabilitation has been an established method at the employer's liability insurance accident clinic (BG-Unfallklinik) in Duisburg since 2006. Aim. The aim is to carry out detailed medical occupation-related and diagnostic clarification of occupational accidents with delayed or indeterminate recovery and/or problems with reintegration into working life. Results. The rehabilitation clarification ensures efficient control of treatment approved by the employer's liability insurance in complex cases.
