摘要
In this study, a PWM controlled direct current (DC) motor Four-Quadrant speed control drive circuit has been developed using IGBT switching component. PIC 18F4520 microcontroller was used in the implementation. Dead time delay was removed using full bridge driver in the four-quadrant control. Four-Quadrant control of DC motor with experiment card, LCD and key pad was converted to an educational tool for engineering and technical education.
