摘要
Kinetics of initial stages of anodic oxide growth on aluminum at anodizing in acid electrolyte is studied by the Rutherford back scattering technique. Changes in the anodic oxide composition are established: the aluminium and oxygen content changes from the value corresponding to Al2O3.08 at the very beginning of the barrier oxide film formation to that of Al2O4.85 at the stationary stage of the anodizing when the anodic oxide film develops a regular honeycomb-porous structure.
