摘要
This study focused on union negotiators' behaviors during the collective bargaining of a labor agreement. Specifically, the primary purpose of the study is to determine the relative importance of the elements of mediation that have utility in assisting union negotiators in moving toward settlements. The article empirically examines the linkages between the various mediator-influenced bargaining variables to determine their impact on mediation outcomes. Path analysis is employed to determine the specific relations between mediator activities and the behavior of union negotiators.
