SELF-CONSISTENT RELATIVISTIC ENERGY-BANDS FOR TIN TELLURIDE

摘要
The APW method has been considered and programmed in a form for which accurate self-consistent relativistic band structure calculations are both economic and easy to carry out. The first self-consistent relativistic energy band structure for tin telluride is presented, and results compared with experiment and with previous band calculations. Effective mass parameters near valence band extrema are also given.
