摘要
High scores on the Historical Clinical Risk Management (HCR-20) and the Psychopathy Checklist-Screening Version (PCL:SV) are traditionally associated to risk of violent behaviour in mentally disordered persons. The present work explores the relation between both instruments and violence inside and outside a forensic psychiatric hospital in a sample of mentally-disordered males (n = 29). Results indicate that both instruments are associated with institutional violence, whereas they appear to be independent of community violence. (C) 2015 Colegio Oficial de Psicologos de Madrid.
