摘要
Currently the recognition of the situation of dependence telematically is enabled in the administration. The Spanish Public Administrations, should take into account the measures of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU) published in May 2016, but applicable from May 2018. This regulation recognizes the rights of citizens in relation to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. This European legislation wants to contribute to achieve an area of freedom, security and justice, both to strengthen its economy and to ensure the well-being of its citizens. It is about adjusting the rights of citizens to the progress of the digital society, especially the safeguarding of the rights of citizens in relation to the privacy of their data and the ethical use of this information under protection systems. Administrations must be equipped with security, that is, they must have strong cybersecurity measures that protect citizens from cyber-attacks carried out by unscrupulous people or companies.
