Professional Masters Program Researches in Education of the University of Mato Grosso do Sul: teacher training, diversity and organization of didatic work

This article presents an overview of the results of theses defended by the first class ( 20132015) from the Graduate Program Stricto Sensu Professional Masters in Education of the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul, offered in the University Unit of Campo Grande, with research lines on "Teacher Training and Diversity" and "Didactic Labour Organisation". This Master's program intends to train professors, providing opportunities for their enrichment, commitment to the educational career and the development of teaching, through research focused on Basic Educational issues. The results were analyzed from the perspective of theorists from of the field which have presented studies on the production of knowledge coming from the Graduate Programs in Brazil Education.
