摘要
This paper presents a literature review of links between Education of Health Sciences and the new looks from the public health in context of paradigmatic rupture processes. It is a result of the literature review carried out from the process of the skills-based curriculum transformation at the University of Carabobo, in its Faculty of Health Sciences and Public Health Department - Aragua campus. It assumes a chronological sequence and context analysis of power relations hegemony - against hegemony. The argumentative debate context of the biomedical model - hegemonic Cartesian, with its dialectical complementarity: Clinic - Preventivist Model and the emergence of alternative looks from the public health and social medicine - collective health, among others. The reader is confronted against paradigmatic rupture processes, the human civilization crisis, their alternative and social rises that are presented.
