摘要
To determine the potential biological effects of bromoform release into marine waters, short-term toxicity bioassays and 28-day uptake/28-day depuration studies were conducted with Protothaca staminea, Mercenaria mercenaria, Crassostrea virginica, Penaeus aztecus, and Brevoortia tyrannus. The 96-hr LC5O's ranged from approximately 7 ppm (B. tyrannus) to greater than 40 ppm (P. staminea). Shrimp and menhaden behavior was significantly altered by bromoform exposure. © 1979, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
