Diagnostic's methods potential of enterprise, technical-technological potential is examined. Their essence is analyzed positive, negative moments, possibility of the use for development of enterprises of engineer. Formed a system of indicators for rapid diagnosis on the basis of three groups: industrial, financial and technological.
