MICELLAR ELECTROKINETIC CAPILLARY CHROMATOGRAPHY IN A MIXTURE OF TAURODEOXYCHOLIC ACID AND BETA-CYCLODEXTRIN

摘要
A mixture of taurodeoxycholic acid and beta-cyclodextrin is found to form a 'pseudo-stationary' phase, which is very effective for the separation of the enantiomers of a variety of chiral compounds using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC); resolution is considerably superior to that obtained by using either taurodeoxycholic acid or beta-cyclodextrin alone.
