摘要：

This paper aims to discuss the crimes against humanity and the role of its punishment in process of transitional justice. Initially, it discusses the different aims of punishment on criminal law. After that, from International Case Law, it presents the aims of punishment on international criminal law in general and on crimes against humanity in particular.
