Assessment of total quality management practices in a public organization

Total quality management has been very popular within the business world in last decades. Various researches showed that employees' assessments about total quality management practices have a great importance on the success of total quality management implemention. However the implemention of total quality management in public organizations is quite different than its implemention in private sector because of different natures of each sector. The aim of this research is to analyze the assessments and the reasons for different assessments of employees of a public organization about total quality management practices. The findings of the research show that employees that have different education levels have different asessments about total quality management practices.
