摘要：
The peculiarities of the interaction of hexokinase with mitochondrial membranes in rat sarcoma M-1 were investigated. The conditions of formation and strength of the complex of the enzyme with the membranes, as well as the kinetic parameters of hexokinase in the free state and in the enzyme-membrane complex, were characterized. The data obtained are discussed as applied to the concept of the adsorption mechanism of regulation of the hexokinase activity in tumor tissue.
