摘要
A Nafion film substrate modified with concentrated ammonia was shown to improve the detection of DNA using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS), especially for DNA strands greater than 200 base pairs. Experimental procedures relating to the detection of DNA by MALDI-MS using this modified Nation substrate are described.
