Innovation of the criminal responsibility for crimes in entrepreneurial sphere

The article is dedicated to the innovation in criminal liability for crimes in the entrepreneurial sphere, which are connected with the changes in criminal, civil and administrative law in the entrepreneurial sphere, as well as consecutive changes in law enforcement practices it the economic sphere for the purpose of forming law and order in that sphere. There is stated the need to introduce some changes in the active criminal law and to add some new articles in the Criminal Code: 171(3), 171(4), 171(5). There are analyzed new federal laws, which are aimed at criminal defense in the entrepreneurial sphere. There are formulated the propositions to change the version of the articles 171 and 172 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation and creating a new article 221 "Crimes in the entrepreneurial sphere".
