摘要
A gas-liquid chromatographic method has been used for direct determination of the partition coefficients (K(D)) of alcohols, ethers and ketones between olive oil and nitrogen. Olive oil was characterised as a stationary phase for gas chromatography. The differential molar enthalpies of solution were also calculated from retention data. Correlations between log K(D) for olive oil - nitrogen and molecular connectivity indices, differential molar enthalpies of solution, biological activity and partition coefficients for blood - air were obtained.
