摘要
In this work, it is formulated a phenomenological model to describe a yield strength temperature dependence of polycrystalline materials that have undergone irradiation and mechanical experiences in a wide temperature interval including structure levels of plastic deformation. The proposed model shows a good agreement with experimental data of both irradiated and no irradiated materials. Also it is shown that empirical parameters of the model are connected directly with plastic deformation structure levels of irradiated materials that are characterized by known experimental values of athermal and thermo activated stresses.
