摘要
Thermal transformations of network polymethylsilsesquioxane (PMSSO) have been studied by the isothermal TGA and IR-spectroscopy methods in the 197-465-degrees temperature range. In this range the condensation of residual SiOH groups formally obeied the regularities of a second-order reaction with the activation energy being equal to 34 kJ/mol and the rearrangement of cyclic siloxane fragments resulting in increase of the relative fraction of cycles of the grater size proceed.
