摘要：

In Spain there is no clear mechanism for early retirement, as in other countries of the European Union, for example, Italy, Portugal, France or Germany, but appears a system that is best termed as early retirement. However, it is relatively closed, as it only allowed in certain cases. Furthermore, the reform produced by the Law 27/2011, of August 1, has only altered the terms for early retirement without mutualism status.
