摘要
This article is dedicated to discuss environmental issues involving the political, social, cultural, environmental, ecological and economic dimensions involving the Amazon region in the context of science education. Noteworthy is the social memory of the Amazonians subject which is considered to be the starting point for the practice of many educators. Certainly, these issues are present in the daily lives of people living in the region and therefore the lives of students and teachers and are essential for the emancipation of the subject.
