摘要
A moist fescue forage in round bales showed a heating process with two peaks of temperature. The first peak, reached after 8 h, was not related to the development of thermophilic fungi but was accompanied by the rapid elimination of the thermosensitive field flora. The second phase of heating took place during several weeks while thermophilic or thermotolerant storage fungi developed.
