The analysis of La-139 NQR properties reflecting the transformation of the electronic and magnetic state of La2-xSrxCuO4 in the course of Sr doping is reported. The peculiarities of the nuclear spin relaxation via the localized magnetic moments are used for a study of the processes of delocalization of the charged holes. The low-temperature features of the spin-glass state are investigated. The fractal behavior of the array of the localized magnetic moments is discussed. The magnetic fluctuation rate is determined. The observed crossover from the localized to the itinerant state of charge carriers is discussed.
