EFFECTS OF APOMORPHINE UPON LOCAL CEREBRAL BLOOD-FLOW

摘要
The effects of apomorphine (0.1 mg/kg) upon local cerebral blood flow were examined in anaesthetized baboons. Proportionately similar increases in local cerebral blood flow were observed following apomorphine in the caudate nucleus (40%), cerebral cortex (38%) and cerebellar cortex (26%), despite the marked differences in the density of the dopaminergic innervation to these structures. © 1979.
