摘要
Measurements of fission gas release (R) from UN nuclear fuel are correlated to average fuel temperature (T), atom percent burnup (B) and theoretical density (TD) using an equation which properly describes the boundary conditions. An equation of this form, when applied to the various published data sets and compared to the other published equations, has a lower standard deviation regardless of the data set used. However, the predicted behavior depends mroe strongly on the data set than on the form of the equation.
