摘要：
The electron-optical scheme of the electrostatic mirror decapole-cylindrical analyzer is proposed. The trajectories of charged particles with a beam's angular divergence of the in the axial plane are described. The electronic- optical characteristics of the proposed analyzer with an angular second-order focusing are calculated. The optimal scheme of analyzer is determined.
