摘要：

This document, has as an objective reflect, to establish and implement a methodology to facilitate obtaining the organizational goals made by the workers from the filtration area of the main beer company in the country, focusing on everyday activities towards obtaining the same goals. The theoretical support behind this methodology, is built on the document presented by Delgado (2015). Hence, this paper shows how this methodology was developed that allowed to obtain the raised operational objectives.
