INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CREATING BUSINESS PLANS OF SMALL BUSINESSES

The necessity of research information systems and technologies to assist independent entrepreneurs in creating business plans for small businesses that will facilitate attracting bank and investment capital under the creation and expansion of small businesses is defined. The system of help for small business owners in writing business plans, created in the United States, is presented. The positive aspects of this system, and distributed information technologies to support small businesses, as well as the opportunity for obtaining information and financial support for small business groups from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) are outlined.
