摘要：
The leiomyoma of the vulva is a rare entity. We report a case of leiomyoma of the labia majora with literature review. This is a 27-year-old patient was admitted to the mass of the left labium lasting for 1 year of firm consistency and no signs of inflammation. The surgery allowed removal of a tissue-like structure of 10 cm. The final histological diagnosis was vulvar leiomyoma. (C) 2011 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
