Archaeoastronomy and the urban grid in Teotihuacan

摘要
When examining the orientation of urban grids troughout Mexico one can observe a particular east alignment of the north direction that coincides with the alignment of the ancient city of Teotihuacan. This paper reviews different explanations brought forward on the origin of Teotihuacan's peculiar feature.
