Peer tutoring in Higher Education: an approach to its teaching methods

摘要
This article looks at a representative sample of papers on peer tutoring with the aim of studying the typological problems that affect it in greater detail. It examines Falchikovs classification scheme and analyses what characteristics define this teaching resource. To this end it focuses on three fundamental questions: first, the peer tutoring typology used by the studies selected; second, the reasons that justify its use; and third, the learning objectives sought.
