摘要
In female rats, the pool size and turnover rate of hypothalamic catecholamines apparently increased coincident to increasing rates of gonadotrophin secrction. In addition, estrone or progesterone ostensibly exerted a negative feedback effect on hypothalamic catecholamines. These results further supported the possible involvement of the sympathetic nervous system in gonadotrophin secretion. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
