FABRICATION BY LPE AND CHARACTERIZATION OF YBa2Cu3O7-delta THIN FILMS ON NdGaO3 SUBSTRATES

摘要
The superconducting c-axis oriented YBa2Cu3O7-delta as well as bilayer films of PrBa2Cu3O7-delta/YBa2Cu3O7-delta have been prepared by the LPE technique on (001) NdGaO3 substrates.The film thickness varied from 1 to 100 mu m depending on the growth time. A high quality of epitaxy has been confirmed by several methods of X-ray diffraction analyses.The as-grown films, after annealing in an oxygen plasma for a few hours, have a T-c of 93 K and a Delta T-c about 0.4 K. The magnetic measurements show high critical current density of the prepared films: J(c)= 10(6) A/cm(2) with H vertical bar C and J(c) = 10(8)A/cm(2) with HIC at T = 4.2 K.
