摘要：

The introduction of a system of occupational health and safety management based on standard ISO 45001 involves the formation of organizational wednesday, ensuring conditions for effective management of occupational risks, as well as the development of methods of analysis, validation and implementation of practical solutions. Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research developed a typology of security barriers, significantly enhances management analysis of the objectives and the structural units involved in risk management, species and types of planned activities, the responsibilities of those responsible for implementing them, as well as to identify system-wide bounce ("defects") system of labour safety management and health.
