摘要：
Malnutrition is an important complication in hemodialysis population because of its prevalence. Caloric malnutrition is more frequent and associated with a decrease of fat stores. In more advanced degrees the protein malnutrition starts to appear, being more pronounced in males. A progressive decrease of colesterol is observed with the increasing degree of malnutrition.
