摘要
The temperature dependence of magnetopolaron masses in a GaAs/AlGaAs quantum dot with an external magnetic field normal to the plane of the quantum dot is investigated theoretically. In the case of weak magnetic fields when the cyclotron frequency is smaller than LO-phonon frequency (omega(c) < W-LO), both the cyclotron mass m(c+)*, and the cyclotron mass m(c-)* increase with temperature, whereas for strong magnetic fields (omega(c) > omega(LO)), the cyclotron masses m(c+)*, and m(c-)* decreases and increases with increasing temperature, respectively.
