This article examines the proofs that social security affiliates can use as part of a procedure that should be quick and simple. This is developed with a series of forms that facilitate the production of resolved cases as part of the rights of petition, for which the affiliate must have relevant, well-prepared information in order to obtain his benefits. In essence, the right to social security is expressed in numerous administrative forms, but does not yet have a procedure and practice that would permit the progressive substitution or review of pre-existent written material, above all when it is not possible to produce the requested information or fill out the required data, resulting in an injured affiliate. Furthermore, an organization that counsels and defends the users, as well as administrative forms that adjust to new realities, are needed.
