Experimental data are given on the effect of marine Tertiary deposits used to improve the soil and as fertilizers on the amount of removal of heavy natural radionuclides from soils when they are irrigated It was noted that, under the influence of flushing waters forming after irrigation, radionuclides are capable of being washed out of the soil's root layer. In this case, removal of heavy natural radionuclides from soils in flushing conditions is described by a regression equation of the type y = a + bx.
