摘要
This paper seeks to defend two theses in particular. First, the thought of John Stuart Mill should be understood as systematic, and attends to some standards which can connect his works. Second, it seeks to argue that Mill was a liberal concerned about equality. To conduct this analysis, it will examine his theory of work, to establish a relationship with his conception of the utility and freedom.
