Organization and carrying out of modern empirical research can not do without the use of information technology. Many experts, researchers in the field of communication and educational environment is subjected to the traditional system of education fair and legitimate criticism. Modern information educational environment is a system-structural organization of the environment, reflected in the fact that it is a set of interacting systems (subsystems): information educational resources, computer training facilities, modern means of communication and educational technologies. Training activities in the information environment of higher education is an open educational system, aimed at raising the intellectual, creative and social development of the individual. Using the Web-resource education makes the addition of binding distributed data, perform the function of the review of information with the necessary level of detail, which greatly simplifies the analysis of large amounts of data. Within the framework of the author's empirical research directions of students of "The Manager of information resources" is characterized by enthusiasm for electronic educational technologies and Web-based resources. Success felt by them as the most significant learning environment. Obviously, the creative work is the basis of formation of motivation to learn, which is confirmed by the fact that a high percentage of respondents gave positive answers to all questions relating to the training of various reasons. Respondents praised the creative activity (83%), joint studies (63%) under the use of electronic information resources. The current quality of education of students of the Faculty of Information Resources and Design and formed the basis for its new educational outcomes cannot be achieved within the educational environment based on traditional forms, methods and means of learning. Modern educational process should be implemented on the basis of the information educational environment and to make the learning process more innovative. In conclusion, it should be noted that modern information environment consists of traditional sources (printed) and Web-based resources that logically complement each other. There is an objective need for their studies, the establishment of new concepts and principles of use, as well as trends and prospects of forming a new information environment.
