摘要
A short and efficient protocol for the synthesis of novel alpha-aminophosphonate esters containing beta-lactam moiety is described. Inexpensive and mild acid catalyst such as fumaric acid was used for the synthesis of alpha-aminophosphonate esters by reacting N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(substituted) propiolactam-3-carbaldehyde with amine and triethylphosphite in acetonitrile under reflux conditions. alpha-aminophosphonate esters containing beta-lactam hybrids were obtained in moderate to good yield and purity.
