摘要
The polar magneto-optic Kerr effect is used to investigate (Cd,Mn)Te/CdTe superlattices. It is demonstrated that the magneto-optic Kerr effect provides a nondestructive technique to study excitons. An oscillator model is applied to analyze the data, and the Zeeman splitting and the magnetic field dependence of the oscillator strength for a 60 angstrom period superlattice is given as an example.
