An approximation in the estimation of natural capital within the framework of national accounts. The Colombian case

In the present article some ideas of importance are outlined related to the gross internal product, some variables of this one and the system of environmental accounts, taking as illustration example the Colombian case. An analysis becomes of the components of the system of National Accounts - Satellite Accounts, the participation of the medio ambiente in relation to the sustainable development macroeconomically, expressed of theoretical, ecuacional, graphical and analytical way. A model of simultaneous equations is formulated expressing the gross internal product (PIB) and the net internal product (PIN) based on the medio ambiente, and including the own explanatory variables of a model framed in a sustainability space. In addition it is made analysis on the behavior to nonrenewable resources and its importance in an economy of the third world, that has supported to a significant part of its production in this type of economic sectors and its incidence in the economic growth. Also one looks for to advance in proposals of sustainable development that concreticen operative instruments with which it is possible to be considered of technical way, some environmental variables of importance and incidence in the added production of a country.
