摘要
Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques have been used to characterize the iron-bearing phases in coal and their ash formed at 500-degrees-C. The analysis of the Mossbauer parameters and X-ray diffraction results show the presence of siderite, illite, pyrite and kaolinite in coal and hematite in ash as dominant minerals.
