FUZZY SLIDING MODE POSITION CONTROL OF A BALL SCREW DRIVEN BY PNEUMATIC SERVOMOTOR

摘要
The fuzzy sliding mode control method was applied to the control of the position of a ball screw driven by a pneumatic servomotor. The triangular membership function was used to fuzzify the input signal and the Mamdani rules were used for fuzzy reasoning. A sliding hyperplane was defined to satisfy the system requirement and the Lyapunov stability theorem, so that it could be used to design a fuzzy controller. The experimental results show the good performance of the fuzzy sliding mode control.
