摘要
The object of the following investigation is to identify if there is a relationship between Management style A and work satisfaction. In order to determine whether there is a relationship, 57 participants from the cities of Granada and Jaen were interrogated. They were given questionairies to evaluate the Management style A and to measure the level of work satisfaction. They were also handed a sociodemographical data survey. The main result is that there exists no statistically significant relationship between Management style A and work satisfaction. For more details and a broader decription see the conclusions.
