摘要：
The authors report on experiments with halogen-free compounds, based on EPM and EPDM; the compounds should be applied as insulation and sheathing materials in flame-retardant low voltage cables. By a combination of aluminiumtrioxihydrate with other mineral fillers it is possible to obtain material properties, which meet the requirements of this type of cables. Based on an EPM/EVA blend another material is introduced, which should meet the requirements for fillers in multiple core cables.
