The normal-state magnetic susceptibility of Bi2Sr2Ca1-xCexCu2Oy has been studied. The temperature dependent contribution to the susceptibility, which is attributable to the two-dimensional square lattice Heisenberg antiferromagnet of the CuO2 plane, is found to scale with two parameters of chi-max2D and T(max), by using a function which was found for La2-xSrxCuO4 by D.C.Johnston. The spin fluctuation of Cu-ion estimated from the susceptibility is smallest near the Ce concentration of the highest T(c).
